Surfing Victoria is excited to announce the Woolworths Victorian Junior Surfing Titles dates and locations for the 2023 series. The three-event series crowns Victorian Junior Champions in Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 divisions.
The first step in the pathway to the Australian Junior Surfing Titles and ultimately the ISA World Junior Surfing Championships, the series has seen surfers such as Nikki van Dijk, Sage Goldsbury, Xavier Huxtable compete as well as current Under 16 ISA World Junior Champion Willis Droomer.
Kicking off at Phillip Island on February 4 & 5, the series will then head to Bells Beach on February 18 & 19 before finishing on the Mornington Peninsula on March 25 & 26.
“We are stoked to be bringing back the Woolworths Junior Surfing Titles” said Surfing Victoria CEO Adam Robertson.
“The series has produced some of our best surfers from Nikki van Dijk through to current World Champ Willis Droomer.”
“Giving our up and coming surfers the chance to surf in the best waves across the state is a key part of their development and I am looking forward to seeing the next crop of surfers take their surfing to the next level.”
