Victorian Junior Surfing Team do state proud on Phillip Island

Surfing Victoria would like to congratulate the #VicMafia on their results at the Woolworths Australian Junior Surfing Titles held on Phillip Island.

Speaking on the results, Surfing Victoria CEO Adam Robertson was impressed with the display of surfing across the event.

“The Australian Junior Surfing Titles is the biggest junior event in Australia each year. Im incredibly proud of the way the Victorian team carried themselves all week and the level of surfing that was shown.”

Victoria walked away with two Australian Titles: Sarsha Pancic and Eva Bassed in the Under 19 Girls Allstars Schools Division and Willem Watson and Lucas Hickson in the Under 19 Boys Allstars Schools division.

This was backed up with a 3rd place finish by Rose Holland in the Under 14 Girls Individuals and 4th place finish by Willem Watson in the Under 18 Boys Individuals Division.
