Victoria has designated the greater Brisbane area of Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Redlands, Logan, Ipswich, Stradbroke Island and Bribie Island a COVID Red Zone under Victoria’s ‘traffic light’ travel permit system from 6pm, Monday 29 March.

Anyone currently in Victoria who was in Greater Brisbane (City of Brisbane, City of Ipswich, Logan City, Moreton Bay Region, Redlands City) since 12 March must isolate, get a coronavirus test within 72 hours, and stay isolating until they receive a negative result.

The Chief Health Officer has also declared the Gladstone Region in Queensland and Byron Shire in NSW, as orange zones under the travel permit system.

Anyone currently in Victoria who was in the Gladstone Region in Queensland and Byron Shire in NSW, since 26 March must isolate, get a coronavirus test within 72 hours, and stay isolating until they receive a negative result.

If you have been in a red or orange zone you are not permitted to attend the Bolt Blowers event unless you have been cleared by public health officials.

As always, if you have any symptoms of COVID19 at all please stay home and get tested.
