On behalf of Surfing Victoria’s Board, we would like to extend an invitation to Members to attend the 2023 Surfing Victoria Annual General Meeting.

PROXY
A Member may appoint another Member as his or her Proxy to vote and speak on his or her behalf at the Annual General Meeting.

No Member may exercise more than one proxy on behalf of another Member at a General Meeting.

The appointment of a Proxy must be in the form (download here) and lodged with Surfing Victoria via info@surfingvic.com at least 48 hours before the commencement of the Annual General Meeting.

ELECTION OF BOARD MEMBERS
Nominations for Board Members must be made in writing in the form (download here) and signed by two Members and accompanied by the written consent of the nominee. The Nomination must be received by Surfing Victoria at least 14 days before the Annual General Meeting.

ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS

There are (3) vacancies for the Surfing Victoria Board and (4) nominations, therefore a vote is required.

Nominees include;

2. Carmen Clifford
3. Keith Curtain
4. Neil Ridgway
