Team Victoria strikes gold at Australian Surf Championships in Port Macquarie

After a 2 year hiatus, Team Victoria has come away with a successful campaign at the 2022 Australian Surf Championships in Port Macquarie.

Huge congratulations to newly crowned Australian Champions from Victoria:

Ben Considine – Barwon Heads – Open Men Logger Champion

Gail Main – Point Lonsdale – Over 60 Women Shortboard Champion

Greg Brown – Jan Juc – Over 55 Men Longboard Champion

Eva Bassed – Sandy Point – Open Women Shortboard 4th

Lachy McDonald – Mornington Peninsula – Over 35 Men Shortboard 4th

Tas Dunton – Mornington Peninsula – Open Men Longboard 2nd

Bea Conroy – Point Lonsdale – Open Women Longboard and Logger 2nd

Mark Micoli – Patterson Lakes – Over 45 Men Longboard 4th

Greg Brown – Torquay – Over 50 Men Longboard 2nd

A special mention goes to Victorian Bodyboard Team Manager Chris Watson who was awarded the Tom Wilson Spirit of Bodyboarding Award for his services to bodyboarding.
