2021 Surfing Victoria Events Calendar Released

Surfing Victoria are pleased to release the 2021 Surfing Events Calendar for Shortboard, Longboard and SUP disciplines.

After a challenging 2020, the first half of 2021 will be jam packed with surf events across the state including the Woolworths Junior Surfing Titles, Victorian Open Series, Victorian Longboard Titles and Victorian SUP Titles.

All Surfing Victoria events will be managed under COVID Safe Guidelines that ask all competitors to leave the contest zone after heats, ensuring a bubble between staff and general public, washing of rash-vests between heats and a QR check in system.

“We are stoked to be back running events under COVID Safe guidelines” said Surfing Victoria CEO Adam Robertson.

“These events bring surfers from all regions together and are a key part of our offering to members.”

Woolworths Junior Surfing Titles
Round 1 – Mornington Peninsula – January 14 & 15, 2021
Round 2 – Phillip Island – March 20 & 21, 2021
Round 3 – Surf Coast – May 8 & 9, 2021

Victorian School Surfing Titles

Independent School Teams Titles – Jan Juc – May 10, 2021

Victorian Open Series
Round 1 – Surf Coast – February 13th, 2021 (Rescheduled date)
Round 2 – Mornington Peninsula – January 16, 2021
Round 3 – Phillip Island – February 27, 2021

Woorangalook Koori Surfing Titles
Urquhart Bluff – February 6 & 7, 2021

Victorian Masters Titles

Round 2 – Pt Impossible – May 22 & 23, 2021

Victorian SUP Surfing Titles

Note: Victorian Racing Titles and BOP will be held later in the year in conjunction with SUP VIC.

The Victorian Bodyboard State Titles and Victorian Kneeboard State Titles are run by their respective clubs with details to be announced via their websites.
